Change of mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
